This policy (together with our Cookies Notice and any other documents referred to within them) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. The Company's principal business is sourcing and supplying information in relation to employment opportunities to consumers via permission-based email marketing. We also send targeted marketing/advertising to consumers via our newsletters and websites. We collect and manage information you provide to us and our partners. We also manage opt-in email lists generated by other organisations.
1.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:
(a) Information you supply to us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on the Website or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. (b) if the Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets; and

5.3 All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any sensitive information, such as credit/debit card numbers will be encrypted using secure socket layer technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Any access request may be subject to a fee of $20 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
